Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for the BWRT session. I was a mess when I had to fly, it's used to spoil my holiday as I was so anxious I made myself ill before my holidays. Having a transatlantic flight to endure I felt it was time to get help. The session was simple, so simple I wasn't convinced it had done anything! But on arrival at the airport my usual 2 hours of running from toilet to toilet to be ill didn't happen! I got on the plane without any panic attacks, no shaking or sweating! I napped and even allowed myself to eat and drink alcohol - something I didn't do before. During turbulence I didn't grip the seats in terror or have palpitations, in fact I went to sleep!
For anyone who struggle like I used to PLEASE don't put yourself through it any more, enjoy your holiday from Duty Free and not from touchdown!
Thanks so much for your help, the results are beyond my expectations and I couldn't be more pleased

I have to admit I wasn't sure if BWRT would help me with my anxiety issues.
Suzanne made me feel at ease and explained it all to me. I've had two sessions so far and I can already feel a difference in how I'm feeling.
It is a very strange therapy and hard to explain but def worth a go.

I can honestly say it’s the best Christmas and New Year I can ever remember and I’m 50 years old. That’s all thanks to Suzanne and her amazing BWRT therapy. I used to dread this time of year the anxiety was just so severe I wouldn’t eat sleep or join in. I had 1 session and to be honest didn’t know wether it had been successful but OMG I bought a 7ft Christmas tree and loved it, I had an anxiety free Christmas and New Year , lots of eating, sleeping and dancing x My family can’t believe it !!!! Please don’t suffer anymore talk to Suzanne about this treatment I wish I’d have found her 30 years ago I’ve got a lot of catching up to do LIVING NOT EXISTING IN FEAR OF ANXIETY xx
