I can honestly say it’s the best Christmas and New Year I can ever remember and I’m 50 years old. That’s all thanks to Suzanne and her amazing BWRT therapy. I used to dread this time of year the anxiety was just so severe I wouldn’t eat sleep or join in. I had 1 session and to be honest didn’t know wether it had been successful but OMG I bought a 7ft Christmas tree and loved it, I had an anxiety free Christmas and New Year , lots of eating, sleeping and dancing x My family can’t believe it !!!! Please don’t suffer anymore talk to Suzanne about this treatment I wish I’d have found her 30 years ago I’ve got a lot of catching up to do LIVING NOT EXISTING IN FEAR OF ANXIETY xx

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for the BWRT session. I was a mess when I had to fly, it's used to spoil my holiday as I was so anxious I made myself ill before my holidays. Having a transatlantic flight to endure I felt it was time to get help. The session was simple, so simple I wasn't convinced it had done anything! But on arrival at the airport my usual 2 hours of running from toilet to toilet to be ill didn't happen! I got on the plane without any panic attacks, no shaking or sweating! I napped and even allowed myself to eat and drink alcohol - something I didn't do before. During turbulence I didn't grip the seats in terror or have palpitations, in fact I went to sleep!

For anyone who struggle like I used to PLEASE don't put yourself through it any more, enjoy your holiday from Duty Free and not from touchdown!

Thanks so much for your help, the results are beyond my expectations and I couldn't be more pleased

‘Why does my subconscious do stuff I don’t want it to?’ BWRT™

Our thoughts & behaviours today are the results of patterns being ‘fired up’ from our past. These patterns may have been suitable or effective at one time but may no longer be useful to us today.  Take eating for comfort, for example.  Someone may have taken comfort out of eating chocolate, a pattern is then formed.  When that person feels stressed they may then be triggered to want chocolate!  When there is a pattern associated with a stimulus, this gets activated immediately in the unconscious - before there’s any conscious awareness.

BWRT uses a simple technique that creates a new 'response' pattern to any stimulus - so that the action triggered is one that we want. It’s totally content-free, so you don't have to tell the therapist about deeply sensitive or intimate issues, making therapy far easier to conduct in a great many situations. The other great thing about it is that we don’t need to find the originating cause of a problem, all we need to know is what you don't want and what you do want!.

I have to admit I wasn't sure if BWRT would help me with my anxiety issues.
Suzanne made me feel at ease and explained it all to me. I've had two sessions so far and I can already feel a difference in how I'm feeling.
It is a very strange therapy and hard to explain but def worth a go.
Thank you so much Suzanne

After the sudden death of my Dad, I struggled to find a way to understand what had happened and how to move on with my life. In one Skype session, Suzanne has changed everything for me. I feel happy again and talk and think about my Dad, without being overwhelmed by sadness and tears. BWRT is really life changing stuff.  Having tried longer term counselling in the past, BWRT is something that I will come back to, as the incredible results worked so quickly. My life is back on track, I can't recommend this therapy more highly.
